Shipping policy

Most products from Sheryl’s Second Chance Designs are made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be created before it ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States and offer free shipping on orders of $125 or more.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery estimates begin after processing and are determined by the shipping carrier. Sheryl’s Second Chance Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipping has begun.

Local pickup is available in Port Angeles by arrangement. Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted when their order is ready and provided with pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive confirmation before attempting to collect your order.
